Zee News has laid its hands on a written communication between Iliyas Kashmiri, one of the key accused in the 26/11 and Sayyed Salahuddin from United Jihad Council. The letter seeks Salahuddins approval for a spate of attacks similar to 26/11 to be carried out in India by suicide bombers.
